Worked with Scott for 6 months and he has been amazing. I have worked before with lots of PT's and I have always found they loose interest. This is not the case at all with Scott, he gave me a simple plan which he altered to suit me. His weekly check-in kept me on track and his knowledge is second to none! Couldn’t recommended Scott and Troy anymore! This was my first 6 week challenge after a long time away from fitness. Coming back into fitness feeling overwhelmed, Scott and Troy made it super easy for me with a training and diet plan easy to follow and constantly being available for any questions I had. I can not thank the team enough. Scott, Troy & Sally have been so incredibly supportive. Just finished the 6 week challenge. After losing my gym mojo and perimenopause kicking my ass, my weight got higher and my motivation got lower. They have all listened to my struggles with diet and exercise and helped guide me to a more positive mindset with regards to diet and exercise. The plan has given me confidence to continue these lifestyle changes. So much so, that I’ve signed up for more PT classes with Sally to help push me to reach my full potential and support me through the 6 month challenge. I have new goals that the team are really supporting and encouraging me to reach. I really couldn’t be happier with my progress so far in only 6 weeks. I've just completed my first 6 week transformation and am over the moon with my progress. The training plan, nutrition, cook alongs and ongoing support and accountability is second to none. Everything is explained well and easy to understand. My workouts were completed in my home gym set up with basic equipment, the guys were able to answer any questions I had during the transformation. First challenge 6 week challenge (only doing 5 due to a holiday) and even so the progress made was second to non. New lowest weight to date and the body composition change was huge. 6.5kg down overall. Three Swench challenges down, and I'm still learning valuable tools to integrate healthy habits into my daily life. The most recent challenge was a game-changer as it taught me how to make lasting dietary and exercise changes. My favourite part about the challenge is the commitment to continuous improvement. They've implemented a new online check-in system, a nutrition coach, and an online community. This community provides support and motivation from people that are in the same position - maybe just earlier or further in their journey, but all equally committed to realising their goals. These additions provide more value and support, ensuring every challenge feels fresh, effective, and sustainable. They aren't about short term programmes either, between my 2nd and 3rd challenge there was a 3 years gap where I did my own thing stuck doing my own thing (using bits from challenge 1 and 2), however Scott and Troy would always reply to my Instagram questions with any advice they could offer. This dedication demonstrates their passion to really make a difference in your life. My final check in gave plenty of ways to make sure I could stay on track. You also get to keep access to Swench community after the challenge to help stay motivated. My first 6 week challenge with Swench and it won't be my last! I had reached a plateau in the last few months, when it came to exercise and nutrition and needed some direction. Scott, Troy and Sally are very approachable and down to earth, I found it really easy to connect with them. They give you the tools to support your individual needs and the App is a constant reminder to stay accountable. It's not been easy but equally it's also not been hard, you are your only competition.
