Game-Changing 12 Weeks with Team Swench. These past 12 weeks have been so transformative. I’d been thinking about getting a coach for a while, and Team Swench came highly recommended—and now I see why! In just three months, I’m down around 20lbs. But more importantly, I feel more in control, and more balanced than I have in a long time. The plan is so well-structured and never once did I feel like I was on a “diet.” It was easy to follow, flexible, and the coaches were always there when I needed support. That’s not to say it was effortless—nothing worthwhile ever is—but with the right plan and some consistency, it’s all achievable. What really stood out for me were the lessons that went beyond just weight loss or aesthetics. I’ve learned how to understand my habits and emotions around food. I’m no longer eating based on how I feel, but instead recognizing patterns and managing them. I’ve found a balance that lets me enjoy food and life without guilt or the fear of ruining my progress. Another big was the relationship I had with the scales. I used to be fixated on the numbers, letting every fluctuation throw me off course. Now I know better. Progress isn’t just a number—it’s a mindset, a routine, and a lifestyle. Genuinely, none of this would’ve been possible without the support, encouragement, and accountability from the coaches. If this process has showed me anything it just proved that over 6 weeks with mental strength and hard work and the right guidance you can achieve goals. Weight down under 85kg from 96kg which was a goal to hit. And In theses 6 weeks I’ve had a normal day to day life, on day 1 I just got back off a stag do in week 4 I had Glastonbury festival even with this I’ve still hit the weekly training targets and shifted body fat. So far proud of what I’ve done. Sticking to meals plans (which are made so easy to follow) and training plans that suited to my needs. Not saying it’s been a breeze. I’ve put the effort in. This process has changed my bad habits into making better choices. I trusted to the process. And got the results. I appreciate what you guys have done for me. Now to keep going. Hi guys - highly recommend this program - the support is great during and throughout - I have done similar packages elsewhere and if you have a good week your told “same again” but with this package each check in is in detail and really interesting and give you the motivation for the next week - highly recommend 1 month ago

Worked with Scott for 6 months and he has been amazing. I have worked before with lots of PT's and I have always found they loose interest. This is not the case at all with Scott, he gave me a simple plan which he altered to suit me. His weekly check-in kept me on track and his knowledge is second to none! The results were amazing and would defiantly recommend him to anyone immaterial of your age etc 4 months ago

After a year of no training due to injury, joining the Swench Challenge was the best decision I’ve made. In just six weeks, I’ve lost 9kg, my eating habits are on point, and my daily gym routine is solid. Best of all, I’m back to Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, and Kickboxing after a long year away. Couldn’t recommended Scott and Troy anymore! This was my first 6 week challenge after a long time away from fitness. Coming back into fitness feeling overwhelmed, Scott and Troy made it super easy for me with a training and diet plan easy to follow and constantly being available for any questions I had. I can not thank the team enough. Scott, Troy & Sally have been so incredibly supportive. Just finished the 6 week challenge. After losing my gym mojo and perimenopause kicking my ass, my weight got higher and my motivation got lower. They have all listened to my struggles with diet and exercise and helped guide me to a more positive mindset with regards to diet and exercise. The plan has given me confidence to continue these lifestyle changes. So much so, that I’ve signed up for more PT classes with Sally to help push me to reach my full potential and support me through the 6 month challenge. I have new goals that the team are really supporting and encouraging me to reach. I really couldn’t be happier with my progress so far in only 6 weeks.
