I've just completed my first 6 week transformation and am over the moon with my progress. The training plan, nutrition, cook alongs and ongoing support and accountability is second to none. Everything is explained well and easy to understand.
My workouts were completed in my home gym set up with basic equipment, the guys were able to answer any questions I had during the transformation. I feel great, my confidence has shot up and I'm really excited to see what the next 6 months bring.

First challenge 6 week challenge (only doing 5 due to a holiday) and even so the progress made was second to non. New lowest weight to date and the body composition change was huge. 6.5kg down overall. It was made easy by the knowledge and support and still ate the foods I enjoyed just in sensible portions. 100% will be back for another.

Three Swench challenges down, and I'm still learning valuable tools to integrate healthy habits into my daily life. The most recent challenge was a game-changer as it taught me how to make lasting dietary and exercise changes.
My favourite part about the challenge is the commitment to continuous improvement. They've implemented a new online check-in system, a nutrition coach, and an online community. This community provides support and motivation from people that are in the same position - maybe just earlier or further in their journey, but all equally committed to realising their goals. These additions provide more value and support, ensuring every challenge feels fresh, effective, and sustainable.
They aren't about short term programmes either, between my 2nd and 3rd challenge there was a 3 years gap where I did my own thing stuck doing my own thing (using bits from challenge 1 and 2), however Scott and Troy would always reply to my Instagram questions with any advice they could offer. This dedication demonstrates their passion to really make a difference in your life. My final check in gave plenty of ways to make sure I could stay on track. You also get to keep access to Swench community after the challenge to help stay motivated.

My first 6 week challenge with Swench and it won't be my last! I had reached a plateau in the last few months, when it came to exercise and nutrition and needed some direction. Scott, Troy and Sally are very approachable and down to earth, I found it really easy to connect with them. They give you the tools to support your individual needs and the App is a constant reminder to stay accountable. It's not been easy but equally it's also not been hard, you are your only competition. The plan is well thought out, they’re always on hand to chat and check in with you throughout the week. prepare to work hard but also see the benefits from it! I decided to join the 6 week challenge after a tough year for various reasons, I’d lost all my confidence but was struggling to break some bad habits so decided I needed some accountability to keep me on track.
I am so glad I did as can honestly say I have been so impressed by the support from the lads over the past 6 weeks. Every single feedback to all of my check ins were so detailed, enthusiastic and encouraging. Even with the amount of clients they have everything was so personal and individualised. They were always available for any help and support throughout the week too if I ever needed to contact them for anything.
I have finished the challenge feeling happy, healthy, confident and motivated to carry on living a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve just completed my first 6 week challenge and couldn’t be happier with the results. Scott and Troy have been amazing, so supportive throughout my journey and they were always there to answer any questions I had. The consistent support was exactly what I needed to get me through and Scott & Troy would always give great feedback at the end of each week. The weekly zooms have also been great as it gives you the chance to talk to everyone and share your week and experiences. I would definitely recommend this to anyone as it’s the best decision I’ve made and I’ve just signed up to another 6 weeks.

Dont really no where to start, but firstly my before pictures are so embarassing, since lockdown my body physique has been the worst its ever been, and for some reason i felt content at being over weight and thought i still felt happy( how wrong was i). I come accross Swench Online Coaching on instagram and thought i would give it a go, but i had very litle expectations on sticking to the food plan. Whilst running a business i often found myself eating fast food daily and not having time to go the gym. Since the start of the 6 week challenge i have made the effort to drag my arse to the gym at 4am 5 times a week🙈, i have trusted the proccess set out by Scott and Troy and only ate off plan once (my sons birthday we went for a chinese😬)
I have lost a total of 11.3kg which is close to 2 stone💪🏻. I couldnt of done this without the backing from Scott and Troy, i never wanted to let them down each week and by checking in weekly i would have been found out if i did.
This has been life changing, i no longer crave junk food and im excited every morning to get to the gym. I am still going to stick to my plan even though im not on the challenge and see where the next few months take me. I will be back again to carry out another challenge and hopfully my goals will be different the second time around. Good luck to all that are starting their challenge today. I just completed my first Swench challenge with the boys. I loved it so much that I upgraded and went for the 1:1 package. If you're thinking about it, do it; you won't regret it. One fantastic thing is that you would think you are their only client; feedback is quick. When you message them, they get back to you quickly; honestly, it's fantastic. I just finished my 1st 6 week challenge with the Swench team and I have to say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done!
After 2 back to back pregnancies and a C-section I was worried I’d never feel happy in my body again but with the help from Scott and Troy I’ve gained so much confidence and appreciation for what my body can achieve. The difference in my first check in photos to my last is something I thought would take years to achieve and I was able to do it within 6 weeks with the help from these guys!
The online community they have created is incredible and the extra support you get from it while you’re all doing the challenge is amazing and I found it so helpful to have that additional support.
I’m honestly amazed at what I was able to achieve and I will most definitely be doing another challenge again in the future.

Just completed my 4th 6 week challenge with swench.
Eveytime the experience has been amazing and eveytime it has been improved by the lads.
Scott and Troy are great at what they do, the 6 week plan is such value for money and you really can see big changes in that time if you're willing to put the extra effort in.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
